Kultura in Motion is Chef Fhred's return to the Philippines — not to reproduce Melbourne in Manila, but to listen, collaborate, cook, document and reconnect.
It follows Filipino culture as something living: carried through migration, memory, kitchens, hotels, classrooms, creative spaces and conversations. Each stop has its own identity. Together, they become a portrait of what Filipino food and hospitality can look like when we move between home and diaspora with curiosity instead of nostalgia alone.
